• A valid register receipt must be presented for all refunds or exchanges.



• Products with a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use) must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original tags and packaging. If the item cannot be repaired, it will either be exchanged for a new one or a cash refund will be given.



• Products with a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee against manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use) must be returned during the specified time period with a validated warranty/guarantee certificate showing purchase date. If the item cannot be repaired, it will either be exchanged for a new one or a cash refund will be given.



•  Perishable food products (produce, seafood, meat, deli, bakery, and prepared foods) can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase with original TSC label.

Non-refundable products:

•  Newspapers, magazines, books, and greeting cards



•  Custom mixed paints and special cut items (table covers, wire sold per meter, etc.)



•  Special occasion items (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.)



•  Computer and related software



•  Swimwear



•  Baby food and milk.
